Fixing plate for ME1003

ME1003 motor fits tightly on the built fixing plate. The motor will be bolted on it with four 5/16-18 bolts that were bought from germany through ebay.

The next thing to do will be to align the plate accurately with the gearbox shaft. I will soon know whether it is a tricky or a simple task.

Hey I have the same motor in my kWsaki motorcycle! :D I found a couple of bigger motors for my car though. I think it's still cool to use whatever you can get to make the car move. Some won't start a build unless they can beat gasoline cars and go a hundred miles, but I'm not one of those people.

I think the ME1003 is a great motor when its weight, power, and cost are considered. But yeah, it's definitely a better match for motorcycles.. While staying on max 60kph roads it keeps the car in the same pace with the traffic. I don't think many people have noticed that the car is electric due to its low traffic performance;)
